Occupational Therapist | Home Health

Occupational therapists provide services to patients of all ages to prevent, assess, alleviate or correct physical disability, bodily dysfunction, or pain. Services are provided in the inpatient, outpatient, skilled nursing facility, and home health settings. Responsible for evaluating patient needs, establishing treatment plans and providing treatments/services accordingly. May work with patients on an individual and/or group basis using current technology, treatment techniques and modalities consistent with department and hospital policies and procedures. Individualized treatments may consist of various areas of function including therapeutic exercises, therapeutic activities, cognitive skills development, activities of daily living, and wheelchair positioning and training based on client needs while abiding by Customer Service Standards. This position covers the St. Cloud and surrounding areas. 

Schedule

Full-time | 72-80 hours every two weeks  Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. No nights, weekends, or holidays!

Pay and Benefits

Starting pay begins at $67,257 per year and increases with experience Salary range: $67,257 - $100,918.58 per year Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate Paid milage reimbursement  $3,000 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation bonus  Full time benefits: medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more! Qualifications

Associate Degree Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy required.  New or upcoming graduates welcome to apply!   Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required prior to completion of unit orientation Licensed by the MN Board of Occupational Therapy as an occupational therapist or current temporary permit required.

Previous CentraCare employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire. Relocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from Waite Park and relocate within 30 miles of Waite Park.
