Job Overview:

RWJ Barnabas Health is looking to add a qualified full-time Occupational Therapist in New Brunswick, NJ.

Qualifications:

Required:

Graduate of accredited program in Occupational Therapy at the baccalaureate or post baccalaureate level requiredOutpatient experience

Preferred:

Active membership in a professional organization is encouraged

Certifications and Licenses Required:

New Jersey board license requiredBasic Life Support through the American Heart Association required

Scheduling Requirements:

40 hours/week, DaysFull Time Schedule

Essential Functions:

Responsible for evaluation and treatment of patients in the outpatient setting,Patient and family intervention on all nursing units including, but not limited to orthopedics, neurology, neurosurgery, oncology, cardiac, critical care, trauma, general medicine and telemetry, emergency department and pediatrics,Strong teamwork, communication and documentation skills required for intra disciplinary and interdisciplinary communication,
