Required qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy. Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist License  Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 
For Autism/Children’s Center:  Pediatric rehabilitation professional experience as an OT preferred, but will consider new graduates with relevant intern experience. All Other Departments:  Adult rehabilitation professional experience as an OT preferred, but will consider new graduates with relevant intern experience.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy Upon hire: Defensive Driving Occupational therapy experience in clinical setting.
