This position provides services as part of a care team assembled to assure optimal clinical and financial outcomes, under the direction of Essentia Health management and the referring physician. **Education Qualifications:** **Job Description:** The therapist is responsible for delivering comprehensive therapy services to patients ages 12 and older, focusing on evaluation, assessment, treatment, education, and consultation to enhance patients' functional abilities to their maximum potential. This role operates as part of a collaborative care team, ensuring optimal clinical and financial outcomes under the guidance of Essentia Health management and the referring physician. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to patient-centered care and a collaborative approach to achieving the best outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** + Provide outpatient myofascial release (MFR) therapy, dedicating approximately 70% of the role to this specialized care. While MFR experience is preferred, it is not a requirement for application.
