3 days per week w/ 8-hour shifts; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday. + DEFINITION/PRIMARY FUNCTIONS + Evaluates, directs, plans, and provides treatments for patients with a wide variety of disabilities to help them achieve a maximum level of functional independence. Documents patient care and results of treatment appropriately in the medical record to comply with policies and procedures of the department and regulatory agencies. + POSITION QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum qualifications are required unless stated otherwise.) + Experience: + Minimum of two year experience preferred. Entry-level acceptable. + Education and Training: + Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in area of major. + Ability to comprehend and write the English language. + License, Certification & Registration: + MAOT - MA OT License + Other Requirements: + Must possess sight/hearing senses or use prostheses that will enable these senses to function adequately so the requirements of the position can be fully met.
