This position provides direct and indirect occupational therapy services including assessment, intervention, program planning and implementation, discharge planning, related documentation and communication. Service delivery may include direct, monitored and consultative approaches. OTR practitioners advance along a continuum from entry to advanced level based on experience, education and practice skills. The OTR has the ultimate responsibility for service provision. Functions according to the AOTA Code of Ethics and standards of the profession.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Occupational Therapy. Or Baccalaureate degree and a certification or advanced degree from an institution of higher learning accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
