Occupational Therapist

The pediatric rehabilitation services occupational therapist delivers and supervises others in the delivery of services to children, birth to 18 years old. Services provided upon referral include evaluations, developing individual treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes, implementation of the treatment program, reassessment of treatment results and discharge planning.

Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor's Degree - Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Washington Occupational Therapist License upon hire.  National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Pediatric rehabilitation professional experience as an OT preferred, but will consider new graduates with relevant intern experience.
