Requirements:

Education: Requires professional education culminating in a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy form an accredited academic program. Licensure: Must be certified in the State of Indiana as an Occupational Therapist. CPR CertificationExperience: Prefer previous experience in an Occupational Therapy clinical setting but will accept a new graduate from an accredited college.
