This is professional, clinical work involved in the planning and provision of therapy under physician's orders. The purpose and primary focus is to assist the client in accomplishing activities of daily living. Performance is evaluated by the Rehab Manager through direct observation, written reports and consultation.

Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy Washington Occupational Therapist License upon hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. National Provider Identifier (NPI) number within 30 days of hire. This position requires that you obtain an NPI number within 30 days of starting in the position. Preferred Qualifications:
