Occupational Therapist

The Occupational Therapist is a licensed professional who is responsible for maintaining standards of professional and ethical practice in accordance with regulatory agencies and the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).  The Occupational Therapist demonstrates proficient clinical knowledge and skills in providing and initiating treatment programs for individuals with physical impairments. Utilizing a collaborative team approach, the Occupational therapist accurately assesses patients' needs: identifies and initiates appropriate Occupational therapy interventions. Providing care to: pediatric, adolescent, young, middle and older adult patients.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree: Degree with certificate from an accredited program in Occupational Therapy or Upon hire: California Occupational Therapist License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association For NICU: at least 1 year of clinical experience in any setting providing OT to infants or children with CCS eligible medical condition

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree: Degree with certificate from an accredited program in Occupational Therapy Upon hire: CHT or HTC and PAM for all Hand Therapists 1 year experience preferred in adult physical disability setting 1 year Exp in Hand Therapy for all OT Hand Therapists
