Job Description:
We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team part-time or full-time. The ideal candidate will be licensed in the state of Hawaii, and perform physical therapy services, including assessments and supervisory visits. This role is crucial for helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life after illness, injury, or surgery. Qualifications:  

1. Must be a graduate of an Occupational Therapy school, registered with the American Occupational Therapy Association

2. Must be licensed in the state of Hawaii 

3. Must have a criminal background check 

4. Must have current CPR certification
