Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree - Degree with certificate from an accredited program in Occupational Therapy. California Occupational Therapist License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. 1 year - For NICU: at least 1 year of clinical experience in any setting providing OT to infants or children with CCS eligible medical conditionPreferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree - Degree with certificate from an accredited program in Occupational Therapy. CHT or HTC and PAM for all Hand Therapists upon hire. 1 year - Experience preferred in adult physical disability setting 1 year - Exp in Hand Therapy for all OT Hand TherapistsWhy Join Providence?
