Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates occupational therapy services within the guidelines established by the American Occupational Therapy Association.  Daily therapy is performed under the order of a physician licensed in the State of Alaska.

Required qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy     Ph.D. in occupational Therapy     Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapist License  Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 

Preferred qualifications:

2 years of experience in subspecialty
