Occupational Therapist

The Occupational Therapist provides occupational therapy services to patients in their homes according to the attending physician's Plan of Treatment.   The major role of the Occupational Therapist is to assist the individual in restoring useful function to compensate for permanent or temporary loss of useful function and to assist him/her to determine and constructively use remaining capabilities.  Quality of care is provided in accordance with the mission of PVNA Home Health Care Services.

Required qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist License  Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association  Within 30 days of hire: National Provider Identifier (NPI) number 1 year of Occupational Therapy 1 year of Occupational Therapist in a home health care setting. Occupational Therapist working with geriatric patients. This position requires that you obtain an NPI number within 30 days of starting in the position.
