The Occupational Therapist provides occupational therapy services to patients in their homes according to the attending physician's Plan of Treatment. The major role of the Occupational Therapist is to assist the individual in restoring useful function to compensate for permanent or temporary loss of useful function and to assist him/her to determine and constructively use remaining capabilities. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree - Occupational Therapy. Washington Occupational Therapist License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
