Occupational Therapists develop, coordinate and maintain therapeutic services and activities alongside an interdisciplinary team to help patients in need successfully maintain or improve their level of independence.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an institution approved by the state board in collaboration with the American Occupational Therapy Association. Washington Occupational Therapist upon hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire National Provider Identifier (NPI) number within 30 days of hire This position requires that you obtain an NPI number within 30 days of starting in the position.
