Qualifications

Minimum Education

Required: Bachelor’s Degree in OT or PT. Preferred: Master’s Degree in SLP.

Minimum Experience

Required: None. Preferred: One year or more.

Licensure

Licensed by Florida Department of Health, Division of Medical Quality Assurance.

Certifications

Basic CPR Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) or documentation that you are in the process of completing CCC, in the case of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) SLP.

Physical Requirements

Frequently required to lift up to 40 Pounds. Occasionally may lift greater than 40 lbs. With assistance of staff member and/or approved lifting device. Constantly required to use overall vision, reading/close up work, peripheral vision, depth perception, color perception, display dexterity through palpation skills, hear and demonstrate normal speech, talk in person, concentrate, make decisions, have public contact. Subject to normal working conditions.

Description

Up to $8,000 Sign-On bonus based on experience

The Staff Therapist shall demonstrate the clinical ability to evaluate patients’ functional status, plan, implement and document individual therapeutic programs. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
