Occupational Therapist - Float Pool

This is a full-time (32 hrs/week) position at Scripps Mercy in Hillcrest. You will float to sister hospital in Chula Vista when needed. Bonus Eligible

Join our site-based float pool, supporting both Scripps Mercy Hospital San Diego and Scripps Mercy Hospital Chula Vista. The ideal candidate is confident in an acute care setting and eager to support our teams in delivering world-class patient care.

This is a full time (64 hours/2 weeks) position working varied days to include at least four shifts per month, two of which must be weekend shifts. This position will rotate between Scripps Mercy Hospital San Diego and Scripps Mercy Hospital Chula Vista as needed.


$4K New Hire Incentive and $3K Relocation if moving from 100 miles.

Required Certification/Registration:

· Current occupational therapy license in State of California

· Current BLS

· Graduate of accredited school of Occupational Therapy (BS or MS degree)

Preferred Experience:

· Minimum of one year of Inpatient/Acute CareOT experience
