**Position Overview:** As a home care occupational therapist, you will use the latest technology and clinical expertise to provide exceptional one-on-one care to patients in their homes. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes physicians, nurses, social workers, and home health aides, working collaboratively to deliver compassionate care to our community. **Territory:** Team 1 is our northern team, covering the following towns: Maywood, Oak Park, Forest Park, Melrose Park, Elmwood Park, Franklin Park, Schiller Park, Schaumburg, Carol Stream, and Chicago zip codes north of North Ave.

+ **Pay Range: $37.68 - $60.29**
**Qualifications:**
+ Graduate of an occupational therapy program accredited by the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association.
+ Eligible for the National Registration Examination of the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
+ Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision, maintaining professional relationships with clients and their families.
+ Commitment to maintaining clinical practice skills and adhering to agency policies and procedures.
+ Minimum of one year of experience, or completion of a 6-8 week preceptorship.
+ Home healthcare experience preferred.
+ Current driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work sites.
+ Demonstrated commitment to the Mission and Organizational Code of Ethics, and adherence to the Compliance Program.
