1. Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy school is required.
2. Successful completion of the National Board of Certification for Occupational Therapy exam is required.
3. Current licensure with the State of California as an Occupational Therapist is required.
4. The ability to utilize Occupational Therapy Equipment safely is required.
5. Experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
6. The ability to relate in a professional manner to patients, physicians, the public and other health care providers while demonstrating excellent customer service is required.
7. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card is required.
