We have partnered with Ascension Saint Thomas since 2021 to provide specialized rehab services in the outpatient setting, offering a wide range of physical and occupational therapy services to provide excellent outcomes for our adult and pediatric patients.
As part of our Specialty Rehab network in Middle Tennessee, this is our largest neuro focused facility dedicated to providing our community with access to quality rehab through a collaborative multi-disciplined approach. Our skilled clinical team is comprised of PTs, OTs, and SLPs focused on providing comprehensive care to our patients and their families.
