**Overview** **Position:** Occupational Therapis - Ortho/Oncology/Lymphedema/Neuro **Location:** 1725 W Harrison St, Suite 440 Chicago, IL 60612 **Schedule:** Full time, at least 2 evenings **Compensation:** Salary starting at $68,000/year (experience pending) **Incentives:** $2000 sign on bonus Our **Chicago, IL W Harrison Street** rehabilitation center is looking for a licensed Occupational Therapist with a special interest in cancer rehabilitation to provide exceptional patient care experiences on a full time basis.Licensed clinical work with the adult neuro and ortho population required, fieldwork experience considered if in the adult outpatient setting. Interest in cancer rehabiliation also required. Contact **Melissa Thess, PT, CLT - ReVital Director of Talent & People Operations at MThess@selectmedical.com or 717.418.9635.** **Responsibilities** + New program growth, market leadership, and team development, ReVital program quality & reporting, and participation in national ReVital activities + Understand appropriate state practice acts and adhere to the laws that govern how physical therapists may practice and whom physical therapists may supervise. + Complete and maintain all corporate & clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations. + Evaluate, treat, and direct treatment for patients for whom physical therapy is medically necessary and document this need clearly. + Maintain open and respectful communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors at all times. + Attend and/or participate in facility meetings as directed by the center manager. **Qualifications** **Minimum Qualifications:** + Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Occupational Therapy + Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice + CPR certified + Licensed experience with the adult ortho and neuro population (Adult outpatient fieldwork rotations considered) **Preferred Qualifications:** + Cancer rehabilitation interest/experience + Lymphedema interest/experience **Additional Data** _Select Medical is committed to having a workforce that reflects diversity at all levels and is an equal-opportunity employer.
