Qualifications: + Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy. + Minimum of a Bachelor's degree if graduated before 01/01/2002. + Master’s degree required if graduated after 01/01/2002. + For international candidates, a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy is required; a Master’s degree is preferred. + Must hold or be eligible to obtain an Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice within 90 days of employment. + CPR certification is required or must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment. + Must maintain all certifications and licensure in accordance with expiration dates. + American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) membership is preferred. Additional Requirements: + Valid driver’s license required if assigned to drive a company vehicle. If driving a personal vehicle, proof of insurance is required in addition to a valid driver’s license. + Ability to lift 50 pounds, assist with 100 pounds, and push up to 300 pounds. + Willingness to work at various locations as assigned.
