OT at Tender Care Home Health position requirements:- Current and valid Utah licensure as an OT.- Registered with the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association.- Minimum of two years of clinical experience as an OT.- Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA).
Pay Transparency:Minimum: $ to Maximum: $1.00 per hour.$25 - $31 an hour
