Job Description Summary: We are looking for a motivated and skilled Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care on a per diem basis. You will be responsible for assessing and treating patients, helping them regain their independence and improve their quality of life. Key Responsibilities: + Assess patients’ abilities to perform daily living activities and develop personalized therapy plans. + Provide evidence-based interventions to promote independence, mobility, and overall function. + Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best care for patients. + Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and adaptive equipment. + Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
