Assess patients' ability to perform daily living activities and develop individualized therapy plans.Implement evidence-based treatment interventions to promote independence and recovery.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physical therapists, speech therapists, and nursing staff.Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy strategies and adaptive equipment.Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.(For Team Lead Candidates) Mentor and guide staff, assist with program development, and contribute to policy improvements.Qualifications:
