Occupational Therapist - Outpatient Pediatric

Evaluates, plans, directs and administers medically prescribed occupational therapy programs in the hospital to restore function and prevent disability following disease, injury or loss of body part. Assists patient to reach his/her maximum performance and assume a place in society while learning to live within the limits of his/her capacities.

Required qualifications:

Coursework/Training: Graduate of the American Occupational Therapy Association training program. Coursework/Training: Environmental orientation within 30 days of hire. California Occupational Therapist License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. Experience in acute care, skilled nursing facility, outpatient, and/or subacute care settings.
