Requirements for an Occupational Therapist with Phoebe Berks:

Graduate of program in Occupational Therapy approved by the AOTA; certification by the board of American Occupational Therapists; licensed by PA state medical board with an AAS, B.S., M.S., DPT, DOT, DSTCPR certificationProven Supervisory and leadership skills.Successful candidates are those who thrive in a positive and respectful Customer Driven Culture and exemplify the organization’s Faith in Action Mission, Vision, and Values.
