As an Occupational Therapist at Crozer Health, you will evaluate, treat and educate patients to prevent, alleviate and limit dysfunction of the essential components necessary in the performance of preferred self-care, work and leisure activities.  Directs patient participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce and enhance occupational performance; facilitates the learning of those skills and functions essential for adaptation and productivity, diminish or correct pathology and to promote and maintain health. Implement the patient care program, or portions thereof, in the areas of activities of daily living - ADL (self-care skills, home, work, school skills, play/ leisure skills); neuromotor, sensory motor, psychosocial, biomechanical or cognitive performance components.

Age range of patient population served:  pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics.This position indirectly supervises COTA’s, students, and volunteers and aides.

Education and Training:  

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required from an accredited AOTA certified program. 

Registration, Licensure and/or Certification: 

Permanent PA Licensure or temporary PA license. 

Driver's license

This PRN Occupational Therapy position requires a minimum of one weekend day shift per month.
