Qualifications

Minimum Education / Licensure / Certifications

Basic CPR. Bachelor’s Degree in OT or PT. Master’s Degree in SLP. Licensed by Florida Department of Health, Division of Medical Quality Assurance. Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) or documentation that you are in the process of completing CCC, in the case of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) SLP.

Minimum Experience

Required - none. Desired – One year or more.

Summary

The Staff Therapist shall demonstrate the clinical ability to evaluate patients’ functional status, plan, implement and document individual therapeutic programs. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
