This position provides services as part of a care team assembled to assure optimal clinical and financial outcomes, under the direction of Essentia Health management and the referring physician. **Education Qualifications:** The Rehabilitation Services Team at Essentia Health is seeking a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist to join their team.
