Position: Occupational Therapist (Home Health) Location: Pueblo, CO Shifts: Days Hours/Week: 40 (5x8’s) Estimated Start Date: ASAP Length of Contract: 13 weeks License/Certifications Required: Licensed in CO ExperienceRequired : 1 year experience with the elderly required,experience with EPIC or AXIS care is a plus LocalRate: $68/hour (under50 miles from facility) The Occupational Therapist is responsible for performing client evaluations, developing and providing occupational therapy services, and documenting services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each patient.
