Position Summary:
Responsible for providing services to both inpatients and outpatients, including assessment, treatment, planning, implementation and related documentation.
Position Requirements:
Graduate of approved School of Occupational Therapy. Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Illinois. Holds and maintains requirements for credential of “Registered” as issued by NBCOT Certified in CPR through the American Heart Association.$50.00 - $50.00 Hourly
