Responsibilities

St. Joseph Medical Center (SJMC) is looking for a per diem, day shift Occupational Therapist (OT) to be a part of our growing Rehab Team.  As our new Occupational Therapist (OT), you will:

provide prescribed consultative and therapeutic services in order to restore function and prevent disability for clients or patients with musculoskeletal, neuromuscular and cardiopulmonary disordersfunction according to professional practice as an integral member of the interdisciplinary care teamtherapy for occupations, performance patterns, performance skills, environment and contextthe culture of our team is second-to-none!  Please apply if quality patient care and team cameraderie is your goal - there is truly a spirit of friendship and community on our team!perform responsibilities in accordance with department and hospital policies, state, federal and regulatory requirements: Title 22 Section 70517, 70519our need is for one Saturday per month, holiday rotation, weekdays as needed or available Qualifications

Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapycurrent state Occupational Therapy certification/license.current BLS (AHA) certificateNational Board for Certification Occupational Therapy certification, AOTA and OTAC, preferred
