Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to applyDegree from an accredited occupational therapy programBasic computer literacy skillsCurrent CPR certification

In New York, the standard base pay range for a Full-Time role is $70,000 - $110,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. This base pay range is specific to Queens and may not be applicable to other locations. Part-Time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro-rated.
