Documents patient care and results of treatment, appropriately in the medical record to comply with policies and procedures of the department and regulatory agencies. + POSITION QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum qualifications are required unless stated otherwise.) + Experience: + Two year experience preferred. Entry-level acceptable. + Education and Training: + Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapist assistant with an Associate’s degree in area of major. Ability to comprehend and write the English language. + License, Certification & Registration: + MACOTA - MA Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant + CPR - CPR is required. + Other Requirements: + Must possess sight/hearing senses or use prostheses that will enable these senses to function adequately so the requirements of the position can be fully met.
