1. Digital Transformation

Cross-Functional & Cross-BU CollaborationSupport the Senior Director in integrating digital transformation initiatives, ensuring they are cohesive, consumer-focused, and technologically sound.Coordinate with various BUs to align and consolidate digital efforts; help streamline processes, eliminate redundancies, and reduce operational costs.Act as a liaison among IT, Marketing, Sales, Medical, and other teams to promote seamless collaboration across the affiliate.Implementation & PrioritizationWork with business and technical teams to develop practical strategies prioritizing consumer needs and preferences, under the Senior Director’s strategic direction.Oversee day-to-day implementation, ensuring new digital solutions integrate smoothly with existing systems and processes.Assist in prioritizing projects and resources, leveraging data and feedback to refine initiative roadmaps.Vendor & Partner Mgmt.Collaborate on the integration of 3rd party solutions into marketing technology ecosystemChange ManagementContribute to crafting change management plans that ease transitions and adoption of new digital tools/processes.Provide training resources, workshops, or communications to help teams adapt to new technologies and workflows; identify and address common barriers.Collect feedback to surface resistance points; foster a positive attitude toward digital transformation through regular engagement and troubleshooting.Governance & ComplianceImplement governance frameworks, policies, procedures, KPIs to measure success of digital, and track KPI.Ensure all digital activities compliant with relevant regulations and industry standards.Talent Development & Team LeadershipCoach and mentor cross-functional working groups or a small team of digital professionals, as delegated by the Senior Director.Encourage a collaborative, innovative, and agile team environment, championing best practices in digital execution.

2. Business Partner

Partnership with OCE Strategy team Monitor external environment (customer visit, congresses, competitors’ publicly available programs etc) evaluate competitiveness of Lilly OCE solutions and identify best solutions & opportunity for the brands.Collaborate with the commercial analytics team and OCE strategy team to evaluate performance of OCE Solutions and seek to improve OCE effectiveness.Ensure that throughout the Customer Plan/Operational process that Omni Channel Customer Engagement solutions are integrated in the brands’ plans.Represent Business Unit and Brand in the OCE team (Deployment of resources, continuous improvement of OCE solutions, selecting of OCE partners etc.)Liaise between the Business Unit and OCE team in critical initiatives such as SOA, VREP, NBE, iSeries etc. Act as point of reference for the BU marketing team, senior management as OCE marketer/expertOwn Execution of OCE SolutionsCollaborate with brand, medical & other teams on implementing high-quality OCE solutions and campaigns.Work with external parties identified by the OCE Strategy team on designing and execution OCE campaigns.Proactively identify OCE opportunities to expand OCE channels offering.Periodically share with brand team OCE performance reports and insights based on routine and ad-hoc analytics.Support Capability Development & Organizational ChangeMindset & Skill Building: Partner with training teams and OCE to increase OCE awareness and competencies within commercial teams (Marketing & Sales).Coach teams on digital marketing basics, tool usage, and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.Organizational Enablement: Contribute to change management initiatives, helping teams adopt new OCE processes, platforms, and ways of working.

Additional Preferences

MBA or advanced business/marketing degree is an advantage.Experience in 4A agencies, digital marketing, or consulting.Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, or similar analytics/reporting tools.Familiarity with certain therapeutic areas is a plus
