Ensure timely and accurate movement of freight and information, while providing exceptional customer service within the Ocean Export Department.
Position Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate movement of freight and information, while providing exceptional customer service within the Ocean Export Department. Ensure all Export file is handled within the OPS/KPI. Ensure accurate and timely log of shipment is created into our operational system. Manage own shipment responsibilities through use of the Ocean Export Workboard on a daily basis. Track and Trace Ocean Export Files and reporting. Ensure accurate and timely client and vendors billing within the KPI/OPS.Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
