Job Description:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $75,840/year to $140,580/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

Job Description
Supports the movement and growth opportunities for inbound and outbound cargo for freight forwarding customers. Ensures that freight is processed in compliance with governmental regulations (e.g., Federal Aviation Administration, Transportation Security Administration, etc.). Collaborates with vendors, customers, commercial airline carriers, ocean freightliners, and other internal support groups for the movement of international and domestic air and ocean shipments.
Responsible for overseeing, evaluating, and correcting the performance and outcomes of a team or multiple teams. The position involves analysis. Coordinates work across the organization to optimize efficiency. Makes key workforce decisions, such as hiring, onboarding, transferring, laying off, disciplining, assigning, directing, instructing, developing, and rewarding employees. Emphasis on aligning processes and fostering cohesion among team members.
Supervises a team(s) that performs work according to standardized processes or procedures (e.g., entry-level Professional Expertise, Administrative or Technical Support). Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors. Problem solving is guided by policies, procedures and the local business plan; receives guidance and oversight from manager. Typically, does not perform the work supervised.
Knowledge and Skills
Solves Customer Problems: Identifies business areas and stakeholders impacted by customer issues; engages appropriate resources to resolve customer issues; identifies root causes to ensure problems do not recur; stays motivated despite difficult circumstances or setbacks
Advanced Excel data analytic skills required
