  Core Responsibilities & Duties: Provide and process rate quotes and service orders for shipments while maintaining customer satisfaction  Invoice shipments  Compile reports and provide support to other staff members  Resolve customer issues by investigating transactions, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management  Work in conjunction with sales and management to establish, implement, and maintain client specific needs  Ensure compliance with Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and local & federal regulations  Coordinate the transportation of goods ocean   Prepare and process required documentation for International Import and Export Transportation  Track and monitor shipments, providing regular status updates to customers   Other duties as assigned  Job Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent years of experience  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of the organization  Basic to advanced computer skills  Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment  Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in international import and export operation  Previous knowledge of cargo operations preferred
