Job Description

We are searching for an OCM (Operation Contract Manufacturing) Account Manager.

The Account Manager serves to support the business relationship with clients.

The Account Manager is expected to be the first level of account for the External Customers, representing  client needs and goals within the Operation organization to ensure performance targets and elevating to the proper Senior  level any business issue related. The AM, through the routinely, well-established relationships with clients will support the following activities :

Responsible for day by day client’s communications and business relationship, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and expectations.  Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests inside Abbvie Operations.Works with the Manufacturing Plants team for the Customer’s related topics and projects  in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities and escalate when neededEnsures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, identifying timely solutions and work-arounds to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectationsSupport the business with P&L focus, consistently executing to facilitate  the achievement of the  financial targets .

The Account Manager, within the OCM Small Molecule Organization, will support to collect data and business intelligence/strategic information, coming  from Pharmaceutical Market Customers and Internal Plants. The AM will act to  support financially driven processes like Annual LRP, Annual Budget Plan preparation and Monthly LBE Reviews within internal stakeholders.

Within Operation and Plants Functions that serve OCM Customers this person will, on a day by day basis , interface with the following functions: Manufacturing/Supply Chain , Quality, Program Management, Finance and Technical Operations.

Must be able to:

establish trustful relationship and positive initial impact when meeting with external and internal stakeholders, being primary responsible for Customer Relationship satisfaction, representing Abbvie Culture & Pillars.translate customer’s objectives and concernselevate at the appropriate level in order to avoid critical elevationsUnderstand , anticipate and minimize impact on overall business, or financial issues

Handle large volumes of confidential data (mainly Financial ) coming from 

different Plants in order to support LRP/ Plan / LBE processesDevelop and finalize presentations and scenarios  working with the OSD Team in order to support Customer’s meetings and/or internal strategy
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry/Chemistry/Engineering preferred  MBA desirable due to Customer’s financial aspects of contract management as well as Project Management Professional CertificationExcellent English knowledgeFlexibility, Passion and Empathy are also value added skills for this functionExcellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously to meet Company’s deadlines as well as ability to manage changes and unexpected circumstances will be preferential
