An ODOO Deployment Manager has the task of implementing ODOO -based ERP solutions to the business needs and managing different teams in the process of analysis, customization, development, deployment and training.
BR> • Business Needs Analysis
• Investigating and analyzing organizational processes and matching them with ODOO
Identification of User needs and documentation
• Consulting and providing the best solutions to use ODOO • Managing and customization of Odoo Configuration and Adjustment of Odoo Modules (such as Sales, Purchases, Warehouse, Accounting, Human Resources, etc.) • Customize forms, reports and workflows based on customer needs
• Testing and ensuring the proper operation of the system before the final deployment of
• Monitoring the Deployment Process
• Coordination between Development, Support and Ultimate Users
• Data Migration Management from Old Systems to Odoo • System performance testing and fixing problems
• User Training and Support
• Provide educational documentation and user guides
• End users and system administrators
• Provide support after deploying and fixing users' problems
• Project Management and Communications
• Preparation of Project Deployment Schedule
• Monitoring the development and interaction process with programmers and technical team
• Providing periodic reports to management and stakeholders
Software and Management Skills
• ERP project management experience and stakeholder management ability
• Skills in processes documenting and training users
• Business Analysis and Organizational Process Design > • Communication and problem -solving skills to interact with users and technical team
• The ability to manage data migration and transfer information from old systems
• Knowledge and experience (is considered advantage)
• Experience with Power BI and Data Analysis
• Familiar with Franco Programming Languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Introduction to BPMN Data Modeling and Processes
• The ability to integrate Odoo with other other Software (CRM, Accounting, Online Sales, POS and ...)
