ODOT Construction Inspector
Job Description

We are seeking a qualified ODOT Soils and Aggregate Field Testing Technician to join our Construction Materials Testing and Inspection department. The ideal candidate will perform quality control testing on soils and aggregates on ODOT transportation jobs. This includes performing density checks and compaction testing of unbound materials such as clays, sands, and gravel on ODOT highway projects. The position will support an ODOT roadway project in Lawrence County, OH. Per diem and/or living expenses will be covered if the inspector is not local to the area.

The inspector will support a 3-year ODOT roadway/bypass construction project in Lawrence County, Ohio. The role includes company-provided truck, gas card, and paid travel time. If not local, per diem and/or living expenses will be covered, potentially including apartment accommodation. The company values long-term, financially stable clients.
