JOB SUMMARY
Under general supervision, this role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies, programs, and processes to support the Organization Effectiveness team. Programs may include performance management, talent and succession planning, employee surveys and other initiatives in support of the business. Additionally, this role will provide OE-related consultation to HR partners across Charter.


MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.Provide support for medium- to large-scale programs, processes and projects, such as talent planning, succession planning, and other programs, processes and projects supported by the OE team.Develop and manage detailed project schedules and plans, including coordination of work with partner teams, ensuring projects remain on track.Create training resources (e.g., reference guides, job aids) and supporting project materials including agendas, meeting minutes, meeting slides, and communications.Regularly provide project updates to various stakeholders about progress, adjustments, and/or opportunities for improvement.Troubleshoot technology-related issues and escalate appropriately.Partner with technology and other teams to test and implement solutions.Independently identify process improvements based on client feedback and propose solutions for approval.Consolidate large amounts of data, review for accuracy and anomalies, analyze trends, and depict findings in an engaging manner for easy consumption.Research varied, relevant topics to support OE programs and processes, and make recommendations upon request.Monitor function mailboxes and manage responses.May independently lead portions of projects or programs.May lead meetings (virtual and in-person) with team members or partners (e.g., HR Technology)Provide OE consulting to HR partners across Charter.Partner with HR and business leaders to implement OE strategies and programs.Assist HRBP clients in the planning and management of OE-related programs, processes and projects; provide training/education on OE processes or programs.Participate in internal project teams within the OE/Leadership Development group to represent business point of view and inform processes and tools.Research varied topics based on client needs and make recommendations upon request.Create presentations and facilitate meetings with stakeholders at various management levels.Review employee survey data and form insights for consultative conversations with HR partners.Connect HR partners with external coaching and leadership assessment providers as well as internal leadership development resources.Perform other duties as requested.

Specific experience needed in data analysis and visualization using Excel and PowerPointFlexibility and willingness to work in a rapidly changing HR environment


Required Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required or equivalent combination of education and experience


Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years

HR or Consulting experience - 3-5Experience in delivering presentations and facilitating discussions with groups and/or senior-level leaders - 3-5Experience in understanding client needs and recommending solutions - 3-5

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

HR or consulting experience (OE or LD preferred) Knowledge of HR data management and reporting, especially Human Capital Management systems preferred (e.g., Oracle, Cornerstone-On-Demand, Visier)Familiarity with project management software tools (Asana preferred), methodologies, and best practicesExperience in end-to-end HR project management
