Job Overview + Manage day-to-day execution of the India region Original Equipment contracts for both domestic and imported machines. + Collate and check documents required for OE export/import financing and manage Letters of Credit. + Manage OE payment schedules and work closely with finance on cost control, pricing and credit control. 4.Track and share management information related to actual versus approved contract financials. Key Job Responsibilities Lead initial contract reviews to understand the Komatsu and customer performance obligations. Proactively monitor and expedite lead times, regularly attend project management calls with the manufacturing regions(s) (daily / weekly / monthly) to understand machine progress. Chair periodic conference calls addressing issues and concerns between manufacturing, sales and commercial. Own the OE contract tracker and process map to ensure key contract milestones are transparent and actioned accurately / timely. Monitor, communicate and support any liquidated damages/contractual penalty risk/commercial liability and closure/resolution of penalty clauses with Sales team/GM/Commercial Director/customers as required. Work with Chief Manager Commercial to negate liquidated damages and commercial liabilities, and prepare information for negotiation with the customer. Raise customer invoices, both on and off SAP. Liaise with the India and US Finance teams for each machine to ensure accurate cashflow forecasting. Provide of all required documents and checking of documents produced by external sources. Resolve Letter of Credit discrepancies, date management and amendments. Liaise with customer on unpaid notices and presentations in trust for timely payment. Qualifications/Requirements + Bachelor’s degree and above, major in international trade or related professions. + Able to project manage and influence without direct authority. + Dedicated, energetic and self-starter. + Financial acumen, analytical skills with attention to detail. + Good written and spoken English. + W orking experience in a mining equipment / related industry such as heavy manufacturing for minimum 3 years preferred, familiar with quotation, contract, implementation process and policies.
