**Job Title** : CES Administrator **Location** : Tacoma, WA **Schedule** : Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM **Compensation** : $21 - $23 per hour (DOE) **Job Summary** : We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized CES (Customer & Employee Services) Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the CES department. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and a keen ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. **Key Responsibilities** : + **Customer Service** : Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries related to CES services. + **Documentation Management** : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, employee services, and operational processes. + **Data Entry & Reporting** : Input data into internal systems, generate reports, and track key performance metrics. + **Scheduling & Coordination** : Organize meetings, appointments, and events as needed; coordinate schedules for CES department team members. + **Problem Resolution** : Address and resolve customer and employee issues, escalating matters as needed to management. + **Communication** : Draft emails, memos, and other correspondence to internal and external parties. + **Process Improvement** : Assist in the development and implementation of new processes to enhance the efficiency of CES operations. + **General Administrative Support** : Assist with various office tasks, including filing, copying, and organizing materials. **Qualifications** : + High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred. + 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role. + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. + Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. + Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. **Benefits:** + Competitive hourly pay: $21 - $23 per hour, based on experience. + Health, dental, and vision benefits (if applicable). + Paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay. + Opportunities for professional development and growth. **Pay Details:** $21.00 to $23.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
