Job details Join Spherion Staffing as an Office Admin/Accounting Assistant! You'll be a key player handling accounting, admin tasks, and supporting teams while keeping the office running smoothly. You'll also be the friendly face or voice greeting customers and visitors, making sure everyone feels welcome!

Handle company correspondence, including calls, emails, and packages.
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person.
Ensure office equipment is stocked and functional.
Manage office supply inventory and maintain common areas.
Supervise cleaning staff and perform basic clerical tasks.
Support planning of company events, meetings, and travel.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
High attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to follow instructions and work across departments.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
2+ years of office administration, data entry, and basic finance/accounting experience, required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
Experienced with invoicing, billing, and order fulfillment practices, required.
Familiar with cataloging, data entry, and consumer business practices.
Keystroke speed of 40+ wpm.
