**Job Title: Office Admin / HR Assistant**
**Job Description:**
We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and organized Office Admin/HR Assistant to join our team and help us maintain a productive and efficient office environment. We are a family business, you will be working side by side with the owner each day.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Office Support:**
+ Assist with general office tasks and provide support to various departments as needed.
+ Maintain a clean and organized office space.
**Onboarding:**
+ Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions.
+ Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed appropriately.
**Newsletter:**
+ Help update and distribute the company's monthly newsletter.
+ Gather content from different departments and ensure timely publication.
**Inventory Management:**
+ Log incoming and outgoing inventory accurately.
+ Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of office supplies.
+ Order and restock office supplies as needed.
**Register Checks:**
+ Check registers to make sure they are properly stocked with change
**Excel Tasks:**
+ Utilize Excel for various administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and analysis.
**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or HR are a plus.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Melbourne, Florida.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $22.00/hr.
