Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Office Coordinator to join our team in Downtown Dallas. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.Provide general administrative support to office staff as needed.Manage office supplies and ensure common areas are organized and presentable.Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and handling incoming/outgoing mail.Maintain accurate records and documentation in alignment with office policies.Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Professional demeanor with a customer service-oriented mindset.Previous experience working in a professional services environment is preferred.Schedule:
