**Job Description**
The Office of Information Technology (OIT) will provide high-quality administrative, academic, and integrative technology services to facilitate ARCC and ATC’s mission, vision, and strategic plan as it applies to the administration and support of teaching and learning. OIT will provide innovative assistance and leadership in technology services to all parts of the college to ensure all stakeholders’ goals and objectives are met. To accomplish this mission, OIT will work collaboratively with the campus community to provide transformative technological leadership, utilizing the foundations of MinnState’s Equity 2030 initiative ( https://www.minnstate.edu/Equity2030/ ) and the colleges’ BRIDGES (Belongingness, Restoration, Inclusion, Growth, Equity, and Sustainability) framework, which drives the foundations of OIT.
The OIT Coordinator will work with the CIO, OIT leadership, and services team to ensure key initiatives, projects, operational activities are functioning smoothly. This position will focus on financial and contract management, manage operational tasks (such as lead operational meetings, lead TAC meetings, manage intake of tasks and projects between OIT and their constituents for Anoka-Ramsey Community College (ARCC) and Anoka Technical College (ATC) and respective campuses.
This position will have responsibilities at all 3 campuses and the home campus will be the Rapids campus. This position will primarily be on campus with some telework opportunities.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Knowledge of basic accounting procedures to maintain complete and accurate financial records, process payments, receive fees, and balance and resolve discrepancies
+ Math skills to compute the totals and percentages for deposits, account balances, use simple formulas, and to reconcile numeric data
+ Working knowledge of spreadsheet, database management, and word processing software to create, format, edit, print, and save a variety of documents including letters, invoices, memos, and spreadsheets.
+ Customer service skills sufficient to provide prompt, courteous, and accurate information to customers in person, on the phone, and through email and other written correspondence.
+ Ability to analyze and make recommendations to management for new or revised administrative and program practices and procedures for smooth and efficient office operations.
**Preferred Qualification**
+ Prior experience in contract writing (using templates), purchasing equipment and software.
+ Ability to act independently and make judgments pertaining to job responsibilities
+ Ability to work well under pressure as the job varies in workload from day to day.
+ Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals in a diverse multicultural and multiracial community.
